Of all the luck...

So, on Monday, Alex and I took his car to go and get the transmission fixed. We dropped it off around 2p and they told us it would be done by Friday. We thought, no big deal, we've been sharing the 6 for a while now and have gotten used to having just one car. Anyway, after dropping his car off we went home and did some homework and then I got ready for work. We left for work at about 5p and at about 5:10 we got rear ended! (We were only about a block from our apt) Can you believe it. I was so upset. The guy in front of us stopped really fast so we did too but the guy behind us hydroplaned and caught the back right side of our bumper. Needless to say I was late for work and now we are driving a rental car until the end of next week. I must say, the damage doesn't look so bad here but it was a lot worse when they took the bumper off. About 2000 dollars worth of damage. Thank goodness for insurance! Plus, since it wasn't our fault we don't have to pay our deductible either!
